THE PROCESS

Thanks to a simultaneous mixing and coating/freezing process of IQF products with sauce, CRYOMIX enables accurate, complete, smooth coating of IQF products in sauce:
The result is a range of products that can be easily portioned thanks to the uniform distribution of sauce. The products are then easy and quick to reheat - 6 or 7 min. in a frying pan.
Controlled automation thanks to a programmation of all the process parameters.
