Ham moulding:

The Manipulix ensures automatic stacking and unstacking of Multimoulds with the right placement onto the moulding table in front of the operator.

Loading and unloading processing tanks:
The loading and unloading of THERMIX processing tanks are made by the automatic 3 heads Manipulator.
The 3 heads Manipulator stacks and unstacks the Multimoulds in processing tanks by level of 3.
 
 
 
 
 
Ham demoulding Multimoulds cleaning and stacking:
After cooking/chilling, Manipulix demoulds ham automatically.
Once hams are demoulded, Multimoulds are transfered by conveyor into the washing system and stacked and ready for the next moulding.
